Quality and certifications
"Quality is never an accident; it is always the result of intelligent efforts." - John Ruskin
EAE continuously invests in research and development to ensure that every product meets the highest international quality standards.
EAE laboratories are equipped with state-of-the-art measuring instruments and operate under strict protocols aligned with IEC, EN and ISO standards.
The quality management system is certified and integrates all production processes, from raw material selection to final finished product inspection.

Certifications
Certifications cover quality, environment, safety, energy and management systems certified at an international level.

Product standards and certifications
EAE international certifications in detail
Each EAE product complies with a set of specific standards and directives that guarantee quality, safety and environmental compliance.
GREENGUARD
The GREENGUARD certification helps manufacturers and supports buyers in identifying low-emission interior materials, improving the air quality in the spaces where products are used.
IEC 61439-6
Defines the service conditions, construction requirements, technical characteristics and verification requirements for low-voltage busbar systems.
CB Scheme
An international agreement established by the International Electrotechnical Commission (IEC) for the mutual acceptance of test reports among participating certification bodies in the field of electrical and electronic equipment.
Tin Whiskers
Tin whisker growth is a phenomenon related to bright pure-tin terminal finishes. Whiskers can short-circuit electrical terminals: EAE adopts specific preventive measures to prevent their growth.
DEKRA
An independent, internationally recognised testing and certification body. DEKRA certification confirms that a finished product and all its components have been manufactured and tested in accordance with international standards, ensuring safety and reliability and creating distinctive market value.
RoHS
The Restriction of Hazardous Substances directive 2002/95/EC regarding the use of certain substances in electrical and electronic equipment, adopted in 2003 by the European Union.
Halogen-Free
Materials free from the halogen group (fluorine, chlorine, bromine, iodine and astatine). Under flame they do not release toxic fumes or cause metal corrosion: the ideal choice for public buildings and sensitive environments.
CPR — EU Regulation
The new European Construction Products Regulation is a turning point for improving safety levels, ensuring reliable information on construction products in relation to their fire performance.
Laboratory testing and compliance
EAE laboratories carry out specific tests to validate performance and electrical safety under real operating conditions.

IP Testing
- IP protection rating testing

Calibration
- Calibration laboratory and tests

Electrical measurement
- High-precision electrical measurement testing
- Electromagnetic field measurements in accordance with standards

Short-circuit tests
- Short-circuit withstand tests on busbar systems
