Department overview

The Project Management Office coordinates project governance, defining priorities, timing, responsibilities and progress shared with the internal teams. It follows the project from order confirmation to after-sales support, keeping control of costs, scope and schedule and ensuring continuity and quality of service to the customer.

After order confirmation the project manager checks the execution drawings, plans production with the EAE factories and defines the delivery plan by construction phase. It manages variations during the works, coordinates logistics and remains the point of contact until commissioning and project close-out.
