The Human Resources department manages the company's people, from recruitment and onboarding to development and personnel administration. It looks after training, professional growth and organisational well-being, promoting a collaborative working environment aligned with the company's values and objectives.

Human Resources selects and supports the people who join EAE Italia, manages technical and soft-skill training and promotes an inclusive, safe working environment in line with the corporate Code of Ethics.
