Department overview

The Sales Office manages the customer relationship across the whole sales cycle, from the first enquiry to closing the deal. It develops and maintains relationships with designers, contractors and installers, identifies opportunities and coordinates the progress of sales activities in synergy with Proposal and Project Management.

The sales team follows designers, installers, panel builders and general contractors across the country, coordinating the network of agents and distributors. Site visits, technical presentations and product training accompany the customer from the first request to the definition of the order, with a single point of contact for busbar systems, cable trays, supports and lighting.
