Pre-galvanised and hot-dip galvanised trunking systems
E-Line TKS
E-Line TKS series cable trays are used for indoor wiring. They are produced pre-galvanised or painted. The cover can be fitted easily thanks to its special locking system, while its structure allows easy mounting of modules onto the tray.

Configuration
Connection points reduce transfer resistance and ensure earth continuity at the joints of every straight section and rotating module in EAE snap-on covered cable systems
Distinctive construction element or installation detail of the solution.
Features
- The edges are made of non-perforated metal bent inwards to increase robustness and strength
- Connection points reduce transfer resistance and ensure earth continuity at the joints of every straight section and rotating module in EAE snap-on covered cable systems
- Safe, smooth edge design to protect the cable
- Made of 1.5 and 2 mm pre-galvanised material (paintable on request)
- Heights of 50, 75, 100 and 150 mm and widths up to 50-75-100-150-200 mm
- Snap-on cover trunking systems are produced in 3 m lengths
- 1.5 mm sheet is used for the joint between the 100×200 and 150×150 modules, while 1.2 mm sheet is used for wiring of other sizes
- Straight snap-on and rotating modules are supplied with their covers
- There are 3 closing points to fix the cover along the length: 2 closing pieces for widths of 100, 150 and 200 mm and at least 1 closing piece for widths of 50 and 75 mm
- The snap-on cover has a special locking system: it can be locked by turning the closing system a quarter turn with ease. The catch under the cover fixes the cover to the trunking with a quarter turn.
