Continuous power system for moving machines

E-Line URC

The E-Line URC range is designed to supply continuous power to moving machines. The system is easy to install and can be used in both outdoor and indoor plants. It offers a safe solution for prolonged operation since there are no moving cables, which could cause accidents and malfunctions. The E-Line URC system comprises a feed unit with end cap that supplies power to conductors made of copper, galvanised steel or aluminium with a stainless-steel contact surface. Power is supplied to the machine through a moving collector that runs along the entire length of the conductors. An expansion module protects the installed system from external mechanical stress. Each end of the busbar is also fitted with an end cap so the installation can be completed in complete safety.
